These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Enzo GLP-1 Tracker mobile application and the website at enzoglp.com (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Enzo Health (“Enzo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Enzo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Enzo.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Enzo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The information provided by Enzo, including medication tracking, weight trends, meal logging, and any insights or suggestions, is for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

  • Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication, dosage, diet, or exercise routine.
  • Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided by Enzo.
  • If you experience a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
  • Enzo's pet companion, gamification features, and progress tracking are motivational tools and should not be interpreted as medical guidance.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

3.1 Free and Premium Plans

Enzo offers both free features and optional premium subscriptions. Free features remain available at no cost. Premium subscriptions unlock additional functionality.

3.2 Pricing

  • Weekly plan: $6.99 per week
  • Annual plan: $39.99 per year

Prices are in USD. Actual charges may vary based on your local currency and applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Enzo does not directly collect or store your payment information.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
  • Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
  • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your app store account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Enzo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, or databases.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful data.

5. Intellectual Property

The Enzo app, website, brand, logo, Enzo cat character, illustrations, text, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Enzo Health. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or intellectual property without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the personal data and content you submit to Enzo (e.g., meal photos, weight entries). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enzo Health and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, health outcomes, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Any health decisions you make based on information displayed in Enzo.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Enzo, we encourage you to contact us first at support@enzoglp.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree that it will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court or through a class action. The arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each party will bear its own costs.

Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting support@enzoglp.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Enzo after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

11. General

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Enzo Health regarding the Service.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
