Important: BitePal provides estimates only. The nutritional information provided by our AI is approximate and should not be considered as precise medical or dietary advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian for personalized nutrition guidance.

BitePal is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 13 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
