Enzo Health (“Enzo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Enzo GLP-1 Tracker mobile application (bundle ID: com.enzo.glp1) and the website at enzoglp.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information — email address and display name when you create an account.
- Health and wellness data — GLP-1 medication doses and schedules, weight entries, meals and nutritional information you log, side effects and symptoms you record.
- App usage data — your interactions with your Enzo pet companion, task completions, and in-app preferences.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device type, operating system version, and app version.
- Anonymous usage analytics (see Section 4).
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics.
1.3 Apple HealthKit Data
If you grant permission, Enzo can read and write weight data from Apple HealthKit. We never use HealthKit data for advertising or share it with third parties. HealthKit data is stored only on your device and in your private Enzo account.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Enzo app and its features.
- Send medication reminders and other notifications you have opted into.
- Generate personal progress charts and insights.
- Operate and improve the gamified pet companion experience.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to any third party.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your account and health data are stored securely in Supabase-hosted databases with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, row-level security policies, and secure authentication protocols. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable precautions to protect your information.
4. Analytics
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. This helps us understand how people use the app so we can improve it. Analytics data does not include your health entries, weight, or meal logs. You may opt out of analytics within the app settings.
5. Third-Party Services
Enzo integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and backend infrastructure.
- PostHog — anonymous product analytics.
- Superwall — subscription paywall management.
- Apple HealthKit — optional weight data syncing (iOS only).
- Apple App Store / Google Play — subscription billing and payment processing.
We do not share your health data with any of these services except as needed to provide core app functionality (e.g., storing your data in Supabase).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — update or correct inaccurate data through the app or by contacting us.
- Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export — request an export of your data in a portable format.
- Opt out — disable analytics collection in app settings.

7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will permanently erase all personal and health data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data that cannot be tied back to you may be retained indefinitely.
8. Children's Privacy
Enzo is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@enzoglp.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Enzo after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
